The development was crafted with a 1 month intensive business flow discussion, research and interviews. This was done by CST Asia as part of our strategic planning process. The eventual outcome was a 2 building concept, arising for the need to introduce as a 24 hrs x 7 operation for distribution and a normal operating environment for the office. The centre was enhanced by creating an atmosphere of retail, food, gallery & recognition centre which forms the core attractions for the business.

The warehouse was unique, as it is elevated from street level to facilitate provision of car parking below and allows cars to be parked under weather protection. This indirectly allows the warehouse to be elevated higher, isolating container & trucks traffic away from distributor including noise and visual aesthetic.
