The development was crafted with a 1 month intensive business flow discussion, research and interviews. This was done by CST Asia as part of our strategic planning process. The eventual outcome was a 2 building concept, arising for the need to introduce as a 24 hrs x 7 operation for distribution and a normal operating environment for the office. The centre was enhanced by creating an atmosphere of retail, food, gallery & recognition centre which forms the core attractions for the business.
