The new campus of KDUUC was conceptualized in 2010, and CST was appointed in 2011. Since then CST has value engineered the design to a significant cost reduction without reducing GFA.
Our stacking plan derived from efforts of collectives data on user flow study & identifying Revenue vs Non-revenue generating spaces.
The building was conceptualized to reflect its location in new Batu Kawan township.
Designed with 4 blocks of interconnected buildings, each dedicated to specific function, user flow was primary consideration.
Dedicated space of “Quiet Space” versus “Breakout” areas are designed to allow students maximum flexibility in terms of space utilization.

The school was designed by a local Architect, conceptualized on an Australian module with open spaces, large corridors and special selected grids for teaching spaces.
