Established in 2003, CST started Project Management Services based on end user or user owned facilities. Our initial focus was in the industrial sector, mainly in clean room, GMP food production facilities, before venturing into high rise commercial and corporate fitout.

The conventional focus of real estate projects is on total user space of GFA vs dollar per sqft, whereas the CST approach starts from business drivers and how the asset will be used to support the business strategy.
