Base-build consulting

Per specific client requirements, we advise developers, landlords and corporates on how to design, cost, manage and deliver base-build works efficiently and to market expectations. Our skillset is supported by civil engineers, MEP, estimating specialists and architectural planners with commercial disciplines.
